Strategy

Investment Philosophy and Strategy

While Panther has successfully invested in many domestic markets throughout its history, the Company has primarily invested in select Florida markets that contain highly developed infrastructure, multiple barriers to entry, substantial transaction sizes and sophisticated participants. Today, Panther continues to invest in these select Florida markets including Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe counties as well as Orlando, Tampa, Naples, Ft. Myers and Sarasota in addition to an exclusive list of markets in the Southeast (including Nashville, Atlanta, and Charlotte) and Texas (primarily Austin).

Panther aims to utilize a market neutral investment strategy, focusing on each potential acquisition’s story instead of basing investment decisions solely on general market mechanics. The Company believes that a key factor in its success to date is its proprietary network of institutional and local owners, lenders, brokers and joint-venture partners.
